Greek Style Chicken Pitas with Tzatziki Yogurt Sauce

17 Jun

I’ve never flown on a plane. It’s become this major ordeal in my life. People ask me all the time… when will you finally fly? Why don’t you fly? Why don’t you just take a pill and go? Try a short flight! Go on a plane that has TV! Do you think you will ever do it? What if you go your whole life without ever leaving the country? Don’t you realize what you’re missing?           People love to cure me of my lifelong phobias with these probing questions.

I may not have ever been to Greece and experienced it first hand but I know I love their food. It doesn’t bring you to the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean on the beautiful sand beaches but traveling through food is definitely the next best thing.

Serve with warm Mediterranean style pita bread, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese and lettuce. Hummus spread is also delicious.
