I am a Chef Instructor hoping to share the lessons I have learned and continue to learn in the world of food.  It has been said that you learn the most through teaching, and I have found that to be  quite true.     Just made the Wedding soup. VERY easy. Just 1/4 the steps as Lydia’s but twice as flavorful.
